Part 3 - Installing Podifier


Next insert the podifier cd. The auto start did not work for us, although it may or may not on later versions.

There are various versions, so you may have to find your version (example mac/pc).

Double click the podifier setup icon.


The installation Wizard starts. Click "Next".



You need to "Agree" to the license agreement



Install to the default directory or choose your own and click "Install".



Click "Finish" tofinish the installation.



When you launch Podifier, you need to register by providing an email address. You need an internet connection for this and can't continue without this step.

Note:

If you are not connected to the internet or using a firewall, the podifier registration may not work. You will need to connect to the internet and/or tell your firewall software to allow it to transmit your registration.

Here is the Podifier "feed" setup screen. We'll get back to this later.


Close Podifier. We'll need to create a podcast before we need touse it.

This is a demo disk of soundloops for you to create music for your podcasts. Copy all of the soundloops to a folder on your hard drive if you want to use Live 4 lite to create music, or just want to use the sounds with your podcast.
