There is no minimum order amount.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If not completely satisfied, return your purchase—catalog listings only--within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. To qualify as a return the package must be postmarked and dated within 30-days of the invoice date. Standard items returned after the 30-day time limit will not qualify for a refund or exchange. All refunds are payable in U.S. Dollars.
Be sure to return the product in the original package in like-new condition. If accessories, packaging and cables are not returned in resaleable condition a minimum 25% restocking fee will be charged.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return.
RAM custom cables have a lifetime warranty and will be repaired or replaced. Please test all cables with the actual equipment prior to installing them in the wall. If you install the cables in the wall damaged, they are not returnable. Please mail all returns prepaid to:

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RISK OF LOSS, SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES FOR RETURNING, EXCHANGING OR WARRANTY ON PRODUCT. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY.
Products listings, specifications, part numbers and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to substitute parts with different part numbers which are functionally equivalent and of equal or greater value to the part ordered. This is sometimes necessary to assure prompt delivery. All pricing is in US Dollars. Pricing does not include Sales Tax or duties.
Merchandise not listed in catalog (on website) may be subject to minimum order quantities. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any modifications to standard or custom products are special orders. All special order items are non-cancellable non-returnable, unless defective.
New Jersey Law mandates that sales tax be charged on all items delivered or picked up within the State of New Jersey. If you are located in NJ and you are TAX EXEMPT, you must call in your order to telephone: (856)-864-0999
Deliveries outside of New Jersey are not normally subject to sales taxes, however, please be aware of the following exceptions:
California residents are personally responsible for any use taxes due on purchases; Ram Electronics does not charge or collect California sales taxes.
Canadian residents are personally responsible for brokerage fees, duties and all federal and provincial taxes. Using UPS Express and Expedited may eliminate paying the Brokerage fee separately, since it is included by UPS, in these shipping methods, please confirm. We are currently looking into other options to relieve this burden upon our Canadian Neighbors!
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment in advance is required on all orders* via: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER credit or debit cards; as well as PAYPAL AND GOOGLE CHECKOUT.
We also accept payment in U.S. Dollars only via bank cashier's check, certified check or postal money order (all checks by mail only). There will be a $30.00 service charge for all returned checks.
For International Customers (Outside USA, Canada and Puerto Rico), in addition to the above-listed payment methods, we also accept wire transfers for orders prior to shipping:

RAM Electronics assumes NO responsibility for import tax, duties or other fees; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
For International Customers (Outside USA, Canada and Puerto Rico) all terms are F.O.B. Cinnaminson, N.J. via United Parcel Service (UPS) International or USPS Priority Mail. Other shipping arrangements may be made by customer.
