Help FAQ

What is a Keystone Jack? Are they All the Same Size? Does one brand work with any other?
Keystone Jack Inserts, Wall plates and panels are based on an Industry standard size and should fit each other across brands. Of course if it is called something other than "Keystone" then it could be of some proprietary size or type, but that would be quite unusual. Some manufacturers products work better together than with others and may have additional features, but overall Keystones do play very well together.
There are basically two types of Wall Plates made for the Modular Keystone Inserts - Decora and Regular. Decora Plates are two piece wall plates with an Interior part and a surrounding part. The Interior and exterior are modular so that any interior will fit any single gang, double gang or triple gang plate.
