Keystone Jacks - RJ45, RJ12 and RJ11 Keystone Jacks for Datacom and Telecom

CAT5e or CAT6 RJ45 Keystone Jacks are for Ethernet Networking Applications, whereas RJ11 and RJ12 are suitable for Telephone Applications. RJ11 have 4 pins in a 6 position connector, while RJ12 has 6-pins in a 6-pin connector. Either RJ11 or RJ12 will work fine for regular "POTS" telephone connections.
180 degrees means the wire terminations will be at the rear of the connector, while 90 degrees means that the wire termination area is going to be at the top or bottom.
