ThanksThe mLinq is designed to output video/audio signals to an external display, not input video signals. For your situation, you will need the Kanex XD to connect your XBOX 360 to the iMac. Remember, the limitations of 720p is the iMac, not our product. The 27" iMac EDID only allows for 2 input resolutions (720p OR 2560x1440). If the EDID supported 1080p then you wouldn't have any issues running at 1080p, but since it does not support that resolution, you must set your source to output @ 720p. http://www.kanexlive.com/blog/support/Will the mLinq work with the new Mac OS X Lion 10.7?Yes, the mLinq works excellent with Mac OS X Lion; Please download the latest drivers from our specs tabIs the audio output 2.0 or 5.1?The Kanex mLinq provides 2ch. audio via the USB port.
